Relax and leave the worries of the day behind during this combined Sound Immersion and Sound Circle experience facilitated by Karen Renee, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom.
Feel the soothing sound vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, frame drums, vocals and tranquil music move through you bringing peace and comfort to your body, mind and soul.
Immersed in sound and feeling renewed, we will then gather in circle to create spontaneous sounds together with frame drums and other sounding instruments. Whether strangers, old friends, or recent connections, we gather in community to heal through sound, beat, and song. It’s primal. We all know how to do it; we just need a safe place to explore and remember.
You will be altered in meaningful and memorable ways. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and enlivened.
